ADAM THACKERAY
HEAD COACH
I’ve always known I wanted to work in fitness. After studying Sport at A-Level, I had plans to move into university and make it my career — but life had other ideas.A motorcycle accident put me in hospital, and missing my exams closed that path. What started as a setback turned into a ten-year journey in high-level kitchens, where I learned the value of hard work, structure, and nutrition in the real world.
Now, I’m bringing that experience full circle — studying to become a qualified Personal Trainer with a focus on nutrition and sustainable health for men with demanding jobs and family lives.
My goal through Masclife is to help working men, dads, and shift-workers find their rhythm again — training smart, eating well, and leading by example for the people who look up to them.
